We ship worldwide with DHL Worldwide to numerous countries outside the EU. Delivery times may vary between 5–15 business days depending on the destination country.
Any customs duties or import fees must be paid by the buyer.
Delivery Time / Transit Time:
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes place within 1–3 business days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of advance payment, after receipt of payment). Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday.
For deliveries within the EU, shipping times may vary between 3–7 business days depending on the destination country.
Worldwide deliveries outside the EU usually require 5–15 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in one shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
